2. Eligibility: Our services are available only to licensed dental professionals and registered dental businesses. A valid Dental Council registration number or drug license number must be provided when placing an order.
3. Modifications: Dental Surgico reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
4. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered as your responsibility.
5. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. Dental Surgico reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
6. Product Usage: Buyers are solely responsible for choosing and using products as per their professional judgment. Dental Surgico does not assume liability for the outcome of product use.

Order & Payment Terms

1. Pricing & Availability: Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other authorized payment gateways.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If a cancellation is required, contact support immediately.
4. Ownership & Risk: Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer once full payment is received.
5. Errors & Omissions: While we strive to provide accurate product details, Dental Surgico is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Policy: Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Delivery timelines vary based on location and chosen shipping method.
2. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
3. Delays: Dental Surgico is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
4. Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Re-delivery charges may apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

1. Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, including customized orders, opened consumables, and high-value equipment like dental chairs and RVG sensors, are non-returnable.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once returned products are verified.
4. Replacement: If a product is defective, a replacement request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery with proof of damage.

Warranty & Liability

1. Manufacturer’s Warranty: Products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty must be claimed directly with the manufacturer.
2. Limitation of Liability: Dental Surgico is not responsible for any damages arising from product misuse or improper handling.
3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Dental Surgico against any claims arising from the use of our products.

Privacy & Data Protection

2. Confidentiality: Customer details are kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Anantnag, Kashmir.
2. Arbitration: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through arbitration before seeking legal remedies.
